Section 4: Certifies that said agency has or will have available <br /> prior to commencement of any work on the Droject(s) <br /> included in this application matchin~ money from a <br /> nonstate source; and <br /> <br />Section 5: Certifies that the project(s) included in this <br /> application conform to the recreation element of any <br /> applicable city or county ~eneral plan; and <br /> <br />Section 6: Appoints the Director of Recreation and Human Resources <br /> as agent of the City of Pleasanton to conduct all <br /> negotiations, execute and submit all documents including <br /> but not limited to aDDlications, agreements, amendments, <br /> payment requests, and'so on which may be necessary for <br /> the completion of the aforementioned project(s); and <br /> <br />Section 7: Appoints the City Attorney as legal counsel for said <br /> agency with authorization to sign the certification on <br /> page 1 of the application. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, ~ohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBER BUTLER, ~I~YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pef~r' b.
