CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~]IA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-47 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF A PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED FROM <br /> FOOTHILL ASSOCIATES TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> FOR DUBLIN CANYON ROAD WIDENING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Partnership Grant Deed <br /> from Foothill Associates to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for a right-of-way to be used in the widening of <br /> Dublin Canyon Road, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City <br /> Council received a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br /> acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Partnership Grant Deed from Foothill Associates <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for widening of Dublin Canvon <br /> Road is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br />TTEST: ROBERT E BUTLER MAYOR <br /> <br /> .'
