CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-44 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 3.9 ACRE PARCEL AT <br /> 3885 FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 24, 1984, the City <br /> Council received a proposed negative declaration <br /> for prezoning an approximately 3.9 acre parcel <br /> at 3885 Foothill Road, which land is involved in <br /> Annexation No. 85, to the PUD-Low Density Residential <br /> District; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the <br /> Initial Study dated December 30, 1983 and received <br /> the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br /> time the public was given the opportunitv to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the Droposed <br /> project; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br /> in accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br /> declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br /> would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Drezoning <br /> of an approximately 3.9 acre parcel at 3885 Foothill <br /> Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 85, <br /> to the PUD-Low Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
