(i) No Parcel 1 Sewer Permits have <br /> been previously transferred, or will ever be <br /> transferred from Parcel 1 to Parcel C. <br /> <br /> (ii) The Three Year Period for <br /> expiration of the transferred Parcel C Permits <br /> shall begin immediately upon such transfer. <br /> <br /> (iii) City shall be immediately <br /> notified of any such transfer. <br /> <br /> (iv) Any such transfer shall be in <br /> accordance with the terms of the 1972 Settlement <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> (v) Such transfer shall not be <br /> permitted unless Parcel C has been rezoned for <br /> commercial or industrial uses. <br /> <br /> (4) That each Parcel 1 Sewer Permit is <br />an entitlement to 280 gallons per day of sewer capacity <br />notwithstanding any change in computation of Dwelling <br />Unit Equivalents. <br /> <br /> (5) That with respect to Parcel C, each <br />Sewer Permit shall be equal to the sewer capacity <br />required to serve one single-family house or <br />condominium (currently calculated at 220 gallons per <br />day based upon April 30, 1983 Agreement between City of <br />Pleasanton and Dublin <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
