JWJ: a lh/s <br /> 1/18/84 <br /> <br /> FOOTHILL/SAB AMENDED DEVELOPMENT DEFER/4ENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDED AGREEMENT is entered into this <br /> <br />day of January, 1984, by and between FOOTHILL ENTERPRISES, a <br />California General Partnership ( "Foothill" ), SAB INVESTMENTS <br />COMPANY, a general partnership ("SAB"), and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br /> <br /> REC I TALS <br /> <br /> This ~nnended Development Deferment Agreement is <br />entered into on the basis of the following facts, <br />understandings and intentions of the parties: <br /> <br /> A. Foothill owns Parcels A and B, as such Parcels are <br />shown on Parce~ ~ap 370i ~'~Parcei ~iap"), filed May 24, 1982, <br />in Book 133 of Parcel Maps, Pages 70-72, inclusive, of <br />Alameda County Records ("Parcel A" and "Parcel B") . SAB <br />owns Parcel C as such parcel is shown on the Parcel Map <br />("Parcel C"). Tentative Parcel Map 3702 was approved by the <br />City of Pleasanton (subject to certain conditions) on <br />December 9, 19~J3, for a subdivision of Parcel A into two (2) <br />parcels ("Parcel 1" and "Parcel 2"). Tentative Parcel Map <br />3702 is attached hereto as Exhibit A and shows Parcels A, B <br />and C and the proposed subdivision of Parcel A into Parcel 1 <br />and Parcel 2. <br /> <br /> B.
