C. In the event that a Court determines that any <br />Property Sewer Permits revert to the City based upon a <br />finding that this Amended Agreement is invalid, the City <br />agrees to sell such sewer capacity to Owner for payment of <br />the then applicable sewer connection fees. The City's <br />obligation pursuant to this paragraph is separate and <br />severable from the other terms and conditions of this <br />Amended Agreement. <br /> <br /> 7. Amendment or Cancellation. This Amended Agreement <br />may be amended or canceled in whole or in part only by <br />mutual consent of the City and the Owner from time to time <br />of the Property, it being understood that no other consent <br />or approval shall be required of any other party. <br /> <br /> 8. Notices. All notices required or provided for <br />under this Amended Agreement shall be in writing, shall be <br />delivered in person or by certified mail, postage prepaid, <br />addressed to the parties as follows: <br /> <br /> City: City of Pleasanton <br /> P.
