CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-38 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1983 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,321,145.49 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of January 24, 1984, a <br /> check register summary and Financial Report were <br /> presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br /> for the month of December, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br /> were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br /> which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br /> City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 44855 to 45305 <br /> dated from December 8, 1983 to December 39, 1983, <br /> in the total amount of $1,321,145.49 are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated December 31, 1983, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, ~ohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBE~ E.
