CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-35 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH CHANG SU-O <br /> LIN AND MORGAN CONSTRUCTION CO~A~IY tEGARDINC <br /> ADDENDUM TO LONG-TERM AGREEMENT AND TRANSFER <br /> OF SEWER PEtMITS FOR LY~[~OOD PUn <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Chang Su-O Lin and Morgan <br /> Construction regarding transfer of sewer permits, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council approves the First Addendum to <br /> Long-Term Agreement between Chang Su-O Lin and <br /> Morgan Construction and the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />- herein by thins reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> BE [~ <br /> RO E.
