CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-34 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE WILSON <br /> FAMILY AND SAVCO CO~ISTRUCTION COMPANY REGARDING <br /> FOOTHILL PLACE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and DeI~Iitt C. Wilson, Thomas <br /> D. Wilson and Robert J. Wilson regarding develoDment <br /> deferment on Parcel Map 2293, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Savco Construction Company <br /> regarding development deferment on Parcel A of <br /> Parcel Map 2293, a copy of which agreement is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBERT E.
