- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO CONVERT THE <br /> DEL PRADO APART~.~NTS TO CONDOMINIUMS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Del Prado Homes has applied to the City Council <br /> for approval to convert 94 rental units at 5196 <br /> Golden Road to condominiums; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council reviewed Staff Report 84:27 presented by <br /> the Director of Planning and Communit~ DeveloDment; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 9, <br /> 1984 at which time members of the public were <br /> given the opportunity to speak regarding the <br /> proposed conversion; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conversion is consistent with the <br /> General Plan policies and conforms to the purposes <br /> of Chapter 15, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The application of Del Prado Homes to convert 94 <br /> rental units located on approximately 3.8 acres of <br /> land located at the southwest corner of Hopyard <br /> Road and Golden Road (the apartments surrounding <br /> and including those at 5196 Golden Road) to condominiums <br /> is approved conditioned upon a six month period of <br /> stable rents. Council finds that the last rent increase <br /> took place November 19, 1983 and, therefore, that this <br /> approval shall take effect on May 19, 1984. <br /> During this period of conditional approval, no <br /> tentative map will be processed by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This approval is also subject to those conditions <br /> set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
