- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-17 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO CONVERT THE DEL PRADO APART~.~NTS TO CONDOMINIUMS WHEREAS, Del Prado Homes has applied to the City Council for approval to convert 94 rental units at 5196 Golden Road to condominiums; and WHEREAS, Council reviewed Staff Report 84:27 presented by the Director of Planning and Communit~ DeveloDment; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 9, 1984 at which time members of the public were given the opportunity to speak regarding the proposed conversion; and WHEREAS, the proposed conversion is consistent with the General Plan policies and conforms to the purposes of Chapter 15, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The application of Del Prado Homes to convert 94 rental units located on approximately 3.8 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Golden Road (the apartments surrounding and including those at 5196 Golden Road) to condominiums is approved conditioned upon a six month period of stable rents. Council finds that the last rent increase took place November 19, 1983 and, therefore, that this approval shall take effect on May 19, 1984. During this period of conditional approval, no tentative map will be processed by the City. Section 2: This approval is also subject to those conditions set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
