Except as amended by this development plan, the uses and site standards for <br />this project shall be those of the RM-1,500 Zoning District. <br />16. Fencing within the PUD shall conform to the fencing plan. Modifications of the <br />fencing plan shall be reviewed and approved by Zoning Administrator. <br />17. Accessory structures proposed for the development shall be designed to be open <br />and to not have solid walls in order to maintain as much open space on each site <br />as possible, except as noted in Condition No. 19 below, related to storage. <br />4 <br />
