CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSIDERING REPEAL OF RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 83-501 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 9, 1984, the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton considered whether or <br /> not to repeal Resolution No. 83-501 as required by <br /> Elections Code Section 4055; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council chooses not to repeal Resolution <br /> No. 83-501. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ames R. er, Cit~/Clerk ' <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter 'D. ~cDonald, 'City A~o~n~y <br /> <br /> <br />
