CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-13 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECLASSIFYING CLERK TYPIST POSITION IN <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION TO PERMITS CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, each position within the city workforce is assigned <br /> to a classification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time the duties of a position may <br /> change, necessitating a change of classification; <br /> and <br /> <br /> W'HEREAS, such is the case with the clerical position within <br /> the building inspection division; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council approves the reclassification of the <br /> clerical position in the building insDection <br /> division from clerk typist to Permits clerk at a <br /> salary range of $1287-$1562. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The budget of the Building Inspection Division <br /> is amended by an increase of $877.00 to reflect <br /> the above change. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~I <br /> /J m2s Ri '~alk~er, C' y Clerk 1 k <br /> By Doris George, ~eputy City C er <br /> <br />- Pet~ ~.
