CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF KEITH B. COTNER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 1, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br /> a claim filed on behalf of Keith B. Cotner for alleged <br /> false arrest on SeDtember 5, 1983; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 9, 1984, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Keith B.
