CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MARCH, JUNE, SEPTEMBER AND <br /> DECEMBER AS THE FOUR TIMES PER YEAR TO CONSIDER <br /> GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Wt~REAS, in 1983, legislation was Dassed which amended <br /> Section 65361 of the Government Code to increase <br /> the number of times that a mandatory element of <br /> the General Plan may be amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby designates the second <br /> meeting in March, June, September and December as <br /> the times to consider General Plan amendments. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> YO <br /> ROBERY E.'
