improvements are mutually beneficial to the City and the future custom lot development.
As a result, the City Manager, with support of the applicant, is recommending a final
project payment of $300,000 to accept the final improvements pertaining to the
construction of the improvements. Payment of these funds will come from the City's
Self-Insurance Fund, which currently has a fund balance of approximately $7.9 million.
As a result, the final payment of $300,000 will be absorbed by the City and not any
future Vineyard Avenue Specific Plan developers. The remaining $125,065 will be
absorbed by the applicant.
Submitted by:
~~~~~
rian Dolan
Director of
Community Development
Fiscal Review:
~~~~
David P.
