project will be development of an AutoCAD cemetery map which will include burial sections, <br />individual plots, and known burials. This map will be updated annually. Staff is drafting the <br />Agreement with Catholic Funeral 8c Cemetery Services, which will take effect immediately <br />upon acquisition of the property. <br />Phase I Environtneotal Analysis. As cited in this report, this is currently being conducted. <br />Park and Recreation Commission. The Commission will be provided quarterly updates on the <br />maintenance and landscaping of the site. Additionally, they will be asked to review the <br />proposed burial fees and services. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign the Purchase <br />Agreement. <br />Respectfully Submitted, ~ ~ <br />Michael H.
