RESOLUTION NO. 08- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, SETTING <br />THE 2009 CALENDAR YEAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.04.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code allows the City Council <br />by resolution to establish dates of its regular meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, at its December 16, 2008 meeting, the City Council reviewed and <br />considered the 2009 calendar year meeting schedule. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 7. That the 2009 City Council Meeting Schedule is as follows <br />January 6 May 5 September 1 <br />January 20 May 19 September 15 <br />February 3 June 2 October 6 <br />February 17 June 16 October 20 <br />March 3 July 7 -cancelled November 3 <br />March 17 July 21 November 17 <br />April 7 August 4 -cancelled December 01 <br />April 21 August 18 December 15 <br />SECTION 2. That all regular meetings of the City Council shall start at 7:00 P.M. <br />SECTION 3. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into <br />the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on the 16`" day of December, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16`" day of <br />December 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
