<br />homes from the hillside to other anew of the City ranges from 518,124.512 (based on

<br />single family). The actual reduction in Development Fees to the City sect the other
<br />agencies is dependent upon whether the nlocatcd units an developed d multifamily or
<br />single family detached homd. [t should also be noted that while the reduction in the
<br />City's Development Fed ranges from zero to 52,797,984, the agency that is most
<br />impacted is the Pleaasnton UniSed School I~strict (PUSD). As noted above, school
<br />impact fees an based on the size of the home and therefore, the property owner
<br />developing a larger home pays a proportionally larger fee. The range in reduced
