CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-05 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY - WEST LAS <br /> POSITAS BOULEVARD OVER G-3 CHANNEL, COUNTY OF <br /> ALAMEDA (ACFC&WCD - Zone 7) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant of Right-of-Way <br /> from The Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for a perpetual right-of-way and easement for public <br /> highway purposes and appurtenances thereto, a copy <br /> of said deed is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 9, 1984, the City <br /> Council received a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br /> acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant of Right-of-Way from The Alameda County <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for a right-of-way and easement for <br /> public highway purposes is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBERT E.
