CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-03 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF BERNAL AVENUE CUL-DE-SAC AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report dated December 27, 1983 (SR 84:10), advised <br /> the City Council that plans and s~ecifications had <br /> been completed for the construction of Bernal Avenue <br /> Cul-de-Sac at Western Pacific Railroad crossing, <br /> and that said ~lans have been reviewed bv staff; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 9, 1984, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of the Bernal Avenue cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ROBEhRT'E.
