CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUiITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF POLICE UNIFORM <br /> PATCHES AND AMENDING BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current supply of police uniform patches has been <br /> used up and a new patch has been designed to replace <br /> those formerly aDproved as Dart of the uniform; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 9, 1984, the City Council <br /> reviewed the new design for the patch and the request <br /> of the Police Department for a budEet amendment for <br /> purchase of 1,350 patches; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The 1983-84 Police Department budget is hereby <br /> amended by adding $3,88~.92 for the Durchase of <br /> new police uniform Datches. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />.~~_ ROBERT E.
