CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-01 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1983 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,159,289.59 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of January 9, 1984, a <br /> check register summary and Financial Report were <br /> presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br /> for the month of November, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br /> were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br /> which are necessary and proper exDenses of the <br /> City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 44423 to 44854 <br /> dated from November 3, 1983 to November 30, 1983, <br /> in the total amount of $2,159,289.59 are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30,1983, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, DepUty City Clerk <br />Pefer'D.
