CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-582 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH GREENFIELD-THOMPSON <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Greenfield-Thompson <br /> Associates, regarding administration of workers' <br /> compensation claims, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement· <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 17, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None .~~~~., <br />ABSENT: None /t ...... <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None ' ... <br /> <br />ATTEST: NI~S, "J~/, t' <br /> · B~ <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D, M~DonaldF, Ci y ~t~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
