EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> Parcel 1 <br /> Assessor's Parcel No. 94-151-30 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the City of <br /> Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Being a portion of that certain parcel of land as described in <br /> Deed from Antonio H. Bernal and Griselda Bernal, his wife, to <br /> Western Pacific Railway Company, a railroad corporation, recorded <br /> January 9, 1907 in Book of Deeds 1272 at Page 244, Records of <br /> Alameda County, California, and being also a portion of that <br /> certain parcel of land as shown on Amended Record of Survey for <br /> Western Pacific Railroad Company in the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Alameda County, California filed May 11, 1962 in Book 4 of Record <br /> of Surveys Pages 49 and 50, Records of Alameda County, California <br /> and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northerly right of way line of Rose <br />Avenue (70 feet wide) 206.97 feet easterly of the east right of <br />way line of Pleasanton Avenue (50 feet wide) as said point is <br />shown on the aforesaid Amended Record of Survey (4 RS 49), thence <br />from said point of beginning and along the easterly line of a <br />parcel designated W.P.R.R. on said Amended Record of Survey <br />N32°47'03'' E 411.61 feet to the southerly right of way line of <br />Division Street (28 feet wide) as shown on said Amended Record of <br />Survey, thence along said southern right of way line N6~ 42'45" W <br />50.43 feet to a point 50 feet west measured at right angles from <br />the aforesaid easterly line, thence parallel with and 50 feet <br />westerly of said easterly line S32°47'03'' W 414.72 feet to a <br />point on the aforesaid northerly right of way line of Rose <br />Avenue, thence along said right of way S6~ 11'00" E 50.93 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 0.474 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 94-125-7 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Being a portion of that certain parcel of land as described in <br />Deed from Frank M.
