ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney; Mike Tassano, City Traffic <br />Engineer; Robin Giffin, Associate Planner; and Maria L. <br />Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Anne Fox <br />2. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Chair Blank advised that because this is a special meeting, the public can comment <br />only on items on the Agenda and that City Attorney Roush will provide further <br />explanation. <br />City Attorney Roush stated that the Brown Act provides members of the public an <br />opportunity to speak on items that are not on the agenda but are within the subject <br />matter jurisdiction of the legislative body conducting the meeting.
