CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-577 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 17, 1985, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report dated December 17, 1985 <br /> (SR 85:599)from the Acting Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities related to installation of stop signs at <br /> Christina Court, Amador Court and Regalia Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to add subsections 3a-5, 3c-8 and 3r-4 as <br /> described below; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding the following subsections to Section 3 (Stop <br /> Intersections): <br /> <br /> "3a-5 Amador Court, at Vineyard Avenue; stopping traffic <br /> on Amador Court. <br /> <br /> 3c-8 Christina Court, at Vineyard Avenue; stopping <br /> traffic on Christina Court. <br /> <br /> 3r-4 Regalia Court, at Vineyard Avenue; stopping traffic <br /> on Regalia Court." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
