ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording <br />Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />Commissioner Narum was absent from roll call and arrived at 7:13 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Blank noted that the minutes would be considered after Commissioner <br />Narum's arrival. <br />3.
