ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Planning & Community Development Director; <br />Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Associate Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant <br />Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. March 12, 2008 <br />Commissioner O'Connor noted that the sentence of the eighth paragraph on page 7 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "Commissioner O'Connor noted that as the house placement was <br />moved away from the fenceline, it would move closer to the house at 815 Clara Lane and <br />negatively affect the view at 815 Clara Lane." <br />Commissioner Narum noted that the first sentence of the first paragraph on page 7 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "~~~Mr. Chen expressed concern that their home's <br />value...." <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, April 23, 2008 Page 1 of 28 <br /> <br />
