ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Janice <br />Stern, Principal Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Mike Tassano, City Traffic Engineer; George <br />Thomas, Chief Building Official; Jim Kelcourse, City <br />Engineer; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, and Arne Olson <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Jennifer Pearce <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. October 22, 2008 <br />Commissioner Olson noted that the Role Call Vote on page 10 shows that he both <br />voted and was absent.
