She <br />indicated that staff did not have a specific date with respect to the other Staples <br />Ranch projects. <br />Chair Blank moved that the Planning Commission agree to expedite the PFund <br />application and support the scheduling of a special meeting for that purpose. <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br />Commissioner Pearce inquired what "expedite" meant. Chair Blank replied that he <br />was willing to hold a special meeting sometime before November. <br />Ms. Decker stated that staff would look at available dates and would send an email <br />to the Commissioners to check on their availability, <br />Commissioner O'Connor inquired if having only three or four Commissioners present <br />would be acceptable; the Commissioners agreed. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O'Connor, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Fox and Olson. <br />The motion passed. <br />b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />Commissioner O'Connor referred to an item on the Supplemental Actions Report, <br />PADR-1935, and stated that he did not realize residential solar panels needed <br />approval. He inquired if the reason was because they were tilted or if all solar panels <br />need to come through the Zoning Administrator. <br />Ms. Decker replied that this particular application required an administrative design <br />review because the solar panels are tilted.
