Commissioner Pearce moved to make the required conditional use permit findings for PCUP-227, as stated in the staff report, and to approve PCUP-227 and PDR-772, subject to the conditions of approval as listed in Exhibit B of the staff reports. Rosalind Rondash presented the staff report and described the background, scope, key components, and layout of the project.
