ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, <br />Development Services Manager; Rosalind Rondash, <br />Assistant Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording <br />Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
