PCUP-222, Sherman Balch/SuperFranks <br />Application for a conditional use permit to serve wine and beer in <br />conjunction with food in an existing indoor recreation facility located at <br />5341 Owens Court. Zoning for the property is PUD- I (Planned Unit <br />Development -Industrial) District. <br />This item was continued to a future meeting. <br />d. PCUP-225, Dave Johnson <br />Application for a conditional use permit to establish an HVAC contracting <br />company at 1040 Serpentine Lane, Suite 205. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD- I (Planned Unit Development -Industrial) District. <br />Ms. Decker noted that the language of Condition No. 11 of the Conditions of <br />Approval is being revised, as the application is not for a trade school, to read as <br />follows: "This conditional use permit approval will lapse one year from the <br />effective date of approval unless the +r°~'° ~^"^^~ applicant applies for and <br />receives a business license." <br />Commissioner Fox moved to make the required conditional use permit <br />findings for PCUP-217, PCUP-219, and PCUP-225 as listed in the staff <br />reports, and to approve the projects subject to the Conditions of Approval <br />as listed in Exhibit B of the staff reports, as amended. <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, O'Connor, and Olson. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Pearce. <br />Resolutions Nos.
