ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Robin Giffin, Associate Planner; <br />and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O'Connor, and Arne Olson. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Jennifer Pearce. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(Note: Staff confirms any proposed changes by reviewing the recorded <br />proceedings prior to finalizing the Minutes.) <br />a. March 19, 2008 <br />These minutes will be considered at a later meeting. <br />b.
