ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community Development; <br />Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Mike Tassano, <br />Deputy Director of Public Works/Transportation; Robin Giffin, <br />Associate Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Anne Fox, Greg O'Connor, and Arne Olson. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Apri19, 2008 <br />Commissioner Pearce noted a typographical error in the spelling of Commissioner O'Connor's <br />name in the first sentence of the fifth full paragraph on page 13 and requested that the correction <br />be made accordingly. <br />Commissioner Pearce requested that the second sentence of the fourth full paragraph on page 16 <br />be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Pearce commented that the new tank does not <br />look like ~^+ "~^rm ~~" an old farm but like a new farm. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, May 14, 2008 Page 1 of 14 <br /> <br />
