Commissioner Fox suggested an amendment to Condition No. 30 to change the word "may" <br />to "shall. " <br />Commissioner Narum suggested an amendment to Condition No. 8 to include the reference <br />made on page 18 of the staff report regarding allowing open fencing up to six feet tall and <br />the installation of gates that would be set back 22 feet from the front property line. <br />Commissioner Narum suggested that a condition requiring that no construction vehicles be <br />permitted to park on Gray Fox Circle would be added. <br />Ms. Decker inquired what the Planning Commission wished to do in the event that neighbors on <br />Crellin Road complained about the parking. Commissioner Olson believed that would be <br />excessive. Commissioner Narum withdrew the suggestion. <br />The amendments were acceptable to Commissioners Pearce and Fox. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Resolution No. PC-2008-14 approving PDR-623 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />c. PUD-53, Bringhurst, LLC <br />Work session to review and receive comments on a proposal to subdivide an existing <br />3.28-acre parcel located at 990 Sycamore Road into five lots whereas the North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan has allocated three lots for the subject site. Zoning for the PUD- <br />A (Planned Unit Development - A) District. <br />Commissioner Fox disclosed that she met with the applicant. <br />Commissioner Narum disclosed that she met with the applicant. <br />Chair Blank noted that he had not met with the applicant. <br />Commissioner Olson noted that he had not met with the applicant. <br />Ms. Soo summarized the staff report and described the background, scope, and layout of the <br />proposed project. <br />Commissioner Pearce noted that the Specific Plan allowed the lots to be 12,000 square feet or <br />15,000 square feet and that this particular location specified a minimum lot size of 15,000 square <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, March 12, 2008 Page 16 of 22 <br />
