ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Janice Stern, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Sally Maxwell, Associate Planner; and <br />Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, <br />and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Anne Fox and Kathy Narum. <br />2. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There were no speakers. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARING <br />a.
