ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Rosalind Rondash, Associate <br />Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
