Exhibit I, Photographs <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Johnston's are requesting the Planning Commission overturn the Zoning Administrator's <br />design review approval for reaz yazd improvements to Mr. Jeffrey's reaz yard azea. The <br />improvements consists of construction of a pool, construction of a four foot concert block <br />retaining wall, use of the excavated soil to increase the usable yard area, off haul of excess soil, <br />replace a landscape screen for privacy and completion of yazd area landscaping.
