~_ <br />October 5, 2008 <br />City of Pleasannon <br />200 Old Bernal Ave <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Planning Department: <br />ATTACHMENT3 <br />The purpose of this correspondence is to request an appeal of the Planning Commission decision of PDR- <br />715/PAP-123 which was dated September 25, 2008. <br />As~some of the conditions are relevant and appropriate, others do not meet the original design Intent of <br />thEa yard that has been approved by the City of Pleasanton Plan Check/Permttting Departments. <br />Included in the original design were numerous solutions to the existing safety and engineering issues <br />that were not taken into consideration at the time of the Planning Commission Meeting. <br />In keeping with the original design and also the sound/privacy issues refsed by the neighbors, I look <br />forward to resolving this Issue in the near future. <br />Steven Jeffrey <br />P,~p- tz-~ <br />~eacirr~® <br />OCT 0 6 2008 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING DEPT. <br />
