Section 9. Altsratian. There shall be no exterior alters ons or a ons o any structure on any lot until the construction or improvement plans and specifications have been approved by the Architectural Committee ae to quality of workmanship and materials, and harmony of external design with existing structure, which shall include, but not be limited to, the exterior color scheme. Section 10. Business. No trade, business, industry or manufac ur ng o any n s all be engaged in or carrie8 on, and no hospitnl, sanitarium, boarding facility, half-way house, or Institution or similar or like character shall be conducted or maintained on said property or anp portion thereof (except that which is necessary and/or expedient for use by Declarant or its agents to further the development of the subdivision or buildings or structures thereon). Section 11. Animals. No animals, reptiles, rodents, birds, s , vestoc or poultry shall be kept on any lot or elsewhere within the Project except as permitted by the ordinances of the City of Pleasanton. Section 12. P_ a~ Any camper, trailer or boat stored or parka upon ea proper y-shall be concealed from view by a permanent protective decorator type screen of a material and design to be approved by the Architectural Committee. No such- vehicle shall be parked on any street or roadway within the subdivision for more than seventy-two (72) hours.
