Train the Trainers & Department Supervisors <br />3. Active lead to install appropriate icons and configure on representative <br />number of workstations and provide knowledge transfer to IT personnel <br />regarding: <br />a. Workstation configuration and application deployment <br />4. Training of TI' staff to support infrastructure <br />5. Go live support for the department <br />6. Post mortem of implementation <br />City: <br />1. Trainers provide Finance training for audit, financial export etc. <br />2. Trainers provide end user training to all departments <br />3. Department Domain Experts available during deployment and to obtain <br />training <br />4. IT project team available during deployment and to obtain training <br />5. Deliver and set up hardware and other infrastructure needs <br />Deliverable: <br />Active Network. <br />1. Successful deployment of Active software solution to designated City <br />department <br />2. On-site support during initial softwaro usage <br />3. Troubleshooting support, if required <br />City: <br />1. <br />2. Execute Test Scripts <br />3. Log and report errors encountered or excessive slow system response <br />ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA <br />Active and Pleasanton will mutually agree that PHASE E (APPLICATON <br />DEPLOYMENT) will be deemed completed upon successfiilly execution of a Test Scripts <br />at which time the Signoff Process will be executed and a copy maintained by both parties. <br />7 <br />
