Service received written notice that the alternate product did not meet the specifications. <br />Lawrence Backhoe Service responded that they will provide the product in the <br />specifications while maintaining the same bid price. <br />Budget <br />A budget of $430,000 was approved for replacement of streetlights in the 2008-09 fiscal <br />year, of which $404,085 remains. The City contracts for streetlight maintenance <br />services paying a unit price per existing streetlight for maintenance, including bulb <br />replacement.
