CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-556 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF RANDY ISAACS OF THE <br /> DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DENYING THE <br /> APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM <br /> ALLOWABLE FLOOR AREA RATIO AT 4613 SECOND STREET <br /> (AP-85-19) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 23, 1985, the Board of <br /> Adjustment denied the application of Randy Isaacs for a <br /> variance from the Ordinance Code to increase the maximum <br /> allowable floor area ratio to facilitate construction of <br /> a 1,339 sq. ft. residential addition to an existing <br /> dwelling at 4613 Second Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to the City Council by Mr. <br /> Isaacs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City <br /> Council on November 19, 1985 at which time the applicant <br /> and interested parties were given the opportunity to <br /> present testimony; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the appeal of Randy Isaacs of a decision of <br /> the Board of Adjustment denying a variance from the <br /> Ordinance Code to increase the maximum allowable floor <br /> area ratio to facilitate construction of a 1,339 sq. ft. <br /> residential addition to an existing dwelling at 4613 <br /> Second Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 19, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Mercer and Wood <br />ABSENT: None ~~KC.~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F N YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AeSthetiCS! ~acD6nald, Ci~y'A~orney <br /> <br /> <br />
