CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-554 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF HIVEST, INC. FOR PUD APPROVAL TO <br /> CONSTRUCT A TWO-BUILDING COMMERCIAL COMPLEX ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 2.0 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br /> PIMLICO DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 0.1 MILE EAST OF SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD (PUD-80-15-2D) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 19, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for Planned <br /> Unit development plan approval to construct a two <br /> building, 29,740 sq. ft. retail commercial complex on an <br /> approximately 2.0 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Pimlico Drive approximately 0.1 mile east of Santa Rita <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 16, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Planned Unit <br /> development plan approval to construct a two building, <br /> 29,740 sq. ft. retail commercial complex on an <br /> approximately 2.0 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Pimlico Drive approximately 0.1 mile east of Santa Rita <br /> Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 19, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
