PUD-81-30-33D <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />1. That the development and sign program substantially conform <br /> to plans marked Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br />2. That reciprocal easements for access and parking be granted <br /> over all parking and driveway areas between Lots 34B and 34E, <br /> or the lots should be merged. <br /> <br />3. That all existing PG&E vaults located in driveway areas be <br /> relocated or adjusted to grade. <br /> <br />4. That all fire hydrants shown on the plan be installed with <br /> this project. <br /> <br />5. That the proposed grading along the western and northern <br /> boundaries be adjusted to create essentially flat planter <br /> areas between adjoining lots, or steps shall be taken to <br /> ensure watering systems and landscaping satisfactorily <br /> function across property lines. <br /> <br />6. That the development shall be subject to the conditions of <br /> approval of Ordinance No. 1109, approving Hacienda Business <br /> Park. <br /> <br />7.
