CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-534 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 412 UNIT APARTMENT <br /> COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 16 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH <br /> SIDE OF ANDREWS DRIVE BETWEEN WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD <br /> AND OLD SANTA RITA ROAD (PUD-85-17) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 5, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 412 unit apartment complex on <br /> approximately 16 acres located on the north side of <br /> Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old <br /> Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 14, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 412 unit apartment complex on <br /> approximately 16 acres located on the north side of <br /> Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old <br /> Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
