CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-534 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 412 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 16 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ANDREWS DRIVE BETWEEN WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND OLD SANTA RITA ROAD (PUD-85-17) WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 5, 1985, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development plan approval for a 412 unit apartment complex on approximately 16 acres located on the north side of Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 14, 1985 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a 412 unit apartment complex on approximately 16 acres located on the north side of Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old Santa Rita Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
