CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-533 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ADD STOP SIGNS ON SUTTER GATE <br /> AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 5, 1985, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a petition presented by residents <br /> regarding the need for a four way stop at Sutter Gate <br /> Avenue at its intersection with Ross Gate Way and <br /> Laramie Gate Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to add a new subsection 3s-6; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 3s-6 to Section 3 as follows: <br /> <br /> 3s-6 Sutter Gate Avenue, at Ross Gate Way and Laramie <br /> Gate Circle; stopping traffic in both directions on <br /> Sutter Gate Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
