AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PACIFIC URBAN DESIGN, LTD., hereinafter called the "ARCHITECT," <br />agrees to perform professional services for "THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON," hereinafter called the "CLIENT," for the Civic <br />Center Master Plan in Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> For this proposal we define the Project as follows: <br /> <br />- 4.5 acres gross <br />- Property bounded by Bernal Avenue, Harrison, City Hall and the <br /> Police Building. -~ <br />- Project to include Public Library and City Offices. <br /> <br />Client to provide Civil Engineering for survey, topo, and soils <br />report for foundations. <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING SERVICES <br /> <br />The Civic Center Master Plan will include, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Library <br />2. New City Offices <br />3. Landscape Architectural and Special Features <br />4. Urban Design Analysis <br />5. Parking and Circulation <br /> <br /> LIBRARY <br /> <br /> The Library footprint for the new public Library will be <br /> developed as part of the architectural contract for the <br /> Library and will be integrated into the Civic Center Master <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> NEW CITY OFFICES <br /> <br /> To develop a building footprint for the new City offices, it <br /> will be necessary to carry .out the following program: <br /> <br /> 1. City office's space requirements up to the year 2005. <br /> <br /> a. Prepare and distribute survey questionnaire to all <br /> departmental heads <br /> b. Meet with all departmental heads to discuss survey. <br /> <br /> <br />
